Booking & Payment
Booking and payment for sauna rental are made at https://napp.hitteroykystlag.no. The service is provided at the time you select in the booking calendar.
All prices include VAT.

Cancellations & Changes

  • Full cancellation (refund 50%): You must cancel at least 24 hours before your session.
  • Free rescheduling: You may change your booking at no extra cost up to 24 hours before your session by replying to the confirmation email.

Gift Cards
Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Standard Terms & Conditions for Consumer Purchases Over the Internet

1. Agreement

Your contract consists of these terms, the information in the booking flow, and any special agreements. If there’s a conflict, specially agreed terms prevail—unless they conflict with mandatory law. Relevant consumer-protection laws also apply.

2. Parties

Buyer: The consumer making the booking.

3. Price

The price shown is the total cost, including all taxes and fees. You will not be charged additional undisclosed fees.

4. Conclusion of Contract

The contract becomes binding when you place your order—unless there’s a obvious typing error in the offer or your order that you or we should have noticed.

5. Payment

  • We may charge your card when the sauna session is confirmed.
  • Invoice payments are due at least 14 days after issuance (only for adult bookers).
  • Under-18s cannot pay by invoice.

6. Delivery of Service

Your sauna session is “delivered” when your booked time begins. If no time is set, we must provide service without undue delay and no later than 30 days after booking.

7. Transfer of Risk

All activities are at your own risk. Once your session begins, the “risk” is yours.

8. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off)

Unless exempted, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract. The period starts the day after booking. To cancel, notify us in writing (email is fine) within the deadline and return any items (if relevant) at your own cost.

9. Failure to Deliver or Delay

If we fail to provide the sauna at your booked time (through no fault of your own), you may withhold payment, demand performance, cancel the booking, or seek compensation, according to the Consumer Purchases Act.

10. Defective Service

If you experience a defect (e.g. the sauna is unfit for use), notify us promptly—no later than two months after discovery. You may then request remedy, replacement, a price reduction, cancel the booking, or claim compensation under the Consumer Purchases Act.

11. Seller’s Remedies for Buyer’s Breach

If you fail to pay or otherwise breach the contract, we may withhold service, insist on performance, cancel your booking, and/or claim damages.

12. Warranty

Any warranty provided by us or the manufacturer is in addition to your statutory rights and does not limit your right to claim under a delay or defect.

13. Personal Data

We collect only the personal data necessary to fulfill this contract. We will disclose data to third parties only if required to deliver the service or by law.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any complaint should first be directed to us. If we cannot resolve it amicably, you may contact the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet) at +47 23 400 500 or www.forbrukerradet.no. EU residents can also use the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
