Sauna “Napp” Rules & Guidelines
- Opening Hours: The sauna is open from 06:00 to 22:00.
- Swimwear Required: Always wear a swimsuit inside the sauna.
- Towel Use: Sit on your towel at all times.
- Capacity: Maximum 6 people in the sauna at once.
- Exit Time: Please leave the sauna at least 10 minutes before your session ends.
- Age Limit: Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Liability: All sauna and swimming activities are at your own risk. Do not swim alone or unseen. Diving is prohibited.
- Caution: Floors may be slippery outdoors—walk carefully.
- Water Use: Only fresh water may be poured on the stove. If using essential oils, be considerate of other guests.
- Respect Others: Keep noise to a minimum—indecent behavior will not be tolerated.
- Health & Safety: If you feel uncomfortable, dizzy or sleepy, exit the sauna immediately.
- No Smoking: Smoking is strictly forbidden in the sauna.
- No Food or Snus: Eating or using snus is not allowed inside the sauna.
- No Alcohol: Consuming alcohol in the sauna is prohibited.
Stove Operation
- Ash Removal: Empty ashes before lighting (dispose of ashes in the outdoor bin).
- Fire Starters: Use kindling wood and wood shavings to start the fire.
- Water on Stove: Only use fresh water.
- Ventilation: Keep the chimney flue and the sauna vent fully open.
After Your Visit
- Cleaning: Sweep the sauna and entrance area with the broom provided. Leave the space clean and tidy.
- Restocking Wood: Refill the stove drawers with firewood. Extra wood is available in the woodshed.
