The sauna “Napp” is your cozy seaside hideaway, reborn from the very lighthouse that once stood guard in the Hidra Sound. Nestle into the warm embrace of our wood-fired stove as you watch gently rolling waves caress the pier just beyond the window.
When the heat peaks, climb down our hand-crafted ladder straight into the sparkling sea for an invigorating plunge that awakens both body and soul. Here, authentic coastal heritage meets timeless Nordic bathing ritual: imagine saltwater in your hair, the smoky hint of burning wood in the air, and a horizon-wide view that soothes every worry.
Experience “Napp” for yourself—where history, nature, and relaxation unite in perfect harmony by the water’s edge. Secure your spot and let the sea breeze carry your cares away.

Step by step
With drop-in, you pay a per-person rate and share the sauna with any other guests who have booked the same time slot. A private booking gives your group exclusive use of the sauna for a single flat fee, no matter how many people you bring (up to its capacity). Children under 12 are free.
Use kindling wood and firelighters to start the fire. Heating takes about 20 minutes. Firewood is included in the price and is stored in the wooden boxes under the bench in the sauna. If you have the first booking of the day, you can start firing 20–30 minutes before the scheduled time.
Wear swimwear and sit on a towel on the bench.
Use only fresh water on the oven
The key can be found in the lockbox mounted on the wall facing the pier. The code for the lockbox will be emailed once the booking has been confirmed. Please ensure the email address is entered correctly so that the code can be received.
Empty the ashes before lighting if the stove is cold. Dispose of them in the ash bucket.
